09:50 10mm Floradix FLORAVITAL Iron & Vitamin Formula. (I've started taking this for a couple of weeks to see if it helps with energy levels and colour – family say I look pale)
09:50 Breakfast, Hubbards "Thank Goodness" GF cereal
11:40 Snack, small pear
12:00 Water
13:00 Lunch, Fresh homemade salad with cheddar cheese and sweet potato
13:15 Water
14:20 Snack, banana
14:30 Coffee, white no sugar
17:00 Coffee, white no sugar
18:30 Snack, cheese on gluten free bread
19:00 1 glass white wine
20:00 Dinner, Vegetable stir fry on brown rice
20:30 2 glasses Red wine

Question: I have read on 25 Random Things… Celiac Style that a toaster used for regular bread will contaminate gluten-free bread (topic No. 13). Do people have separate toasters for those on a GF Diet?
