Gluten Free Diet
Where to begin?
Diagnosed as a coeliac sufferer in July 2008, I still haven't cracked the gluten free diet.
This blog is pretty much just a diary to help me work out what is helping my condition and what isn't. The reason for putting it online in the form of a blog is twofold. If it's of any help or interest to someone else, that's great. I also want to learn about blogging, which I am totally new to.
Along the way I hope to include any little hints & tips I might pick up and even the occasional book review. Foodstuffs will also be mentioned and compared, but as I am living in New Zealand, some of these might be NZ specific.
As loose stools are my major complaint/symptom, I am going to attempt to describe my movements in some detail. I really want to try and identify what it is that is still in my diet that is still causing the runs. Apologies for getting so 'basic'.
Any ideas, views, comments, input is welcome. Here goes...
